This opportunity allows the volunteer to participate in the Precision Oncology Saudi Summit 2026.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the registration processes.
- provide support and guidance to the Summit guests and speakers.
- provide assistance during the sessions such as managing schedules and distribute session materials.
- provide assistance and guidance to the exhibitors in booths management.
- Assist in providing information and answerning related questions.
- Assist with other logistics of the Summit as applicable.
Eligibility
- Must be 18 years of age & above.
- Have a communicative level in English language.
- Number of volunteers needed: 35
- Able to volunteer for 12, 13, and 14 February 2026.
- Flexible to work during the Summit :
- Morning shift: 08:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
- Evening shift: 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
