This Volunteer Program provides a great opportunity to learn and gain experience in terms of creating health educational content and devoloping educational matrial.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance and support Research and Scientific Publications in terms of the following:
- Conducting literature reviews and evidence searches.
- Collecting data and analysis.
- Performing manuscript, abstract, and poster development.
- Provide assistance and support in reviewing and editing of Bilingual Patient Education Materials.
- Assist in planning and organizing health education conferences and health awareness activities.
- Support the development of educational and promotional materials.
- Assist in coordinating event logistics, registration, and participant engagement.
- Assist in collecting feedback and contribute to event evaluation.
- Support patient and family education activities under supervision.
- Reinforce key health messages and patient self-management practices.
- Participate in departmental projects and improvement initiatives.
- Assist with audits, data collection, and outcome measurement.
- Support process improvement and innovation activities.
- Contribute to reports, presentations, and project deliverables.
- Maintain confidentiality of information and correspondence.
- Follow all Hospital related policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all Safety and Infection control practices.

Eligibility
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Health Education or Public Health.
- Demonstrated proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).
- Experience in health education, research, and scientific writing is Preferable.
- Able to volunteer for four (4) weeks.
- Adhere to the following business hours from Sunday - Thursday:
- Working hours: 08:00 am – 04:00 pm * expect Thursdays: 08:00 am - 03:00 pm.
