How to Apply
To become a KFSH&RC volunteer:
Application Form
- Complete the Volunteer application.
- Include a copy of your National ID or Iqama.
Application Review
Upon our review, you shall be contacted via email to complete the enrollment process.
Interview
Interview sessions are conducted to introduce applicants to the structure of our programs; to determine if the applicant is a good fit for the program. Interview session usually last for half an hour.
Acceptance
If accepted into the program, an email shall be sent with information regarding the orientation schedule.
Orientation
Volunteer orientation attendance is required. The orientation will cover your role and responsibilities as a volunteer, along with the policies and procedures of KFSH&RC.
Additional Information
Training
Additional training may be provided prior to the beginning of your volunteering service as needed.
Parking / Dress code
- Compliance to the Hospital dress code is required at all times. In addition, you will be provided with a volunteer vest that must be worn during your volunteering hours.
- When volunteering, use of the hospital parking lots is permitted.
Shadowing
Volunteers might be asked to shadow a veteran volunteer before beginning their regular shift.
