This opportunity allows the volunteer to participate in the Nursing Hackathon 2026.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet participants and guests.
- Assist in the registration processes.
- Assist participants in term of any registration issues and coordinate with the organizing team.
- Ensure a friendly, professional, and organized registration experience.
- Provide assistance during the worksops such as managing schedules and distribute related materials.
- Provide assistance and guidance to the participants as needed.
- Assist in providing information and answerning related questions.
- Assist with other logistics of the Hackathon as applicable.
Eligibility
- Must be 18 years of age & above.
- Have a communicative level in English language.
- Able to volunteer for 01 and 02 November 2026.
- Able to work:
- from 07:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
- from 12:00 PM to 04:00 PM.
