This program offers a structured opportunity for volunteers to gain hands-on experience in Partnership Managment and all related activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist in providing administrative and coordination support for partnership activities, including document management and meeting minutes.
- Assist in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on partnership development, review, and follow-up.
- Support compliance checks and follow-ups to ensure alignment with policies and governance requirements.
- Assist in tracking partnership requests, commitments, deliverables, and progress; escalate issues as needed.
- Assist in preparing and summarizing reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
- Assist in maintaining organized and accessible partnership documentation and records.
- Assist in monitoring initiative status and ensure all required data and documents are up to date.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure alignment and timely feedback.
- Maintain confidentiality of all partnership-related information and communications.
- Follow all Hospital related policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all Safety and Infection Control practices.

Eligibility
- Must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following:
- (Business Administration, Management, Health Administration, Public Relations, Marketing, Engineering, Law, or other related discipline).
- Must have a communicative level in English language.
- Must demonstrate an effective communication skills and professional writing skills.
- Certification in partnerships, business development, stakeholder management, project management, or strategic planning is preferable.
- Able to volunteer for 8 weeks.
- Adhere to the following business hours from Sunday - Thursday:
- Working hours: 08:00 am – 04:00 pm * expect Thursdays: 08:00 am - 03:00 pm.
