This Program centered around patient experience, aimed at providing support to our patients by evaluating patient experience to elevate our provided services.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients upon arrival.
- Explain the process of each patient journey within the designated clinic.
- Chaperone with patients throughout their appointments as needed.
- Provide information about service providers.
- Assist in providing routine information/ messages as requested.
- Direct patients to the appropriate person and designation as applicable.
- Provide patients with proper update and related information regarding the waiting time.
- Facilitate support and deliver essential reinforcement of pertinent instructional materials and information to the patient across various areas within designated clinic.
- Work as a point of contact for all patients within the designate clinical area.
- Provide wheelchair assistance as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of information and privacy of patients.
- Follow all Hospital related policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all Safety and Infection control practices.

Eligibility
- Must be 20 years of age and above.
- Must have an educational background in one of the following fields:
- (Social studies, Psychology, Business, Administration, Public Administration, Allied Health or any other related fields).
- Have a communicative level of English Language.
- Able to volunteer for a minimum of (2) weeks.
- Flexible to work from Sunday – Thursday:
- Morning shift: 08:00 am – 12:00 pm.
- Afternoon shift: 12:00 pm – 04:00 pm * except Thursdays 12:00 pm – 03:00 pm.
