This Volunteer Program provides a great opportunity to learn and gain experience in terms of administrative support, workflow, processes and systems in Healthcare Industry.
Responsibilities
- Greet, assist and provide guidance to all visitors.
- Extend support and guidance to all visitors.
- Assist in responding to all inquiries and questions related to the Education and Training Center (ETC).
- Assist with logistics aspects of training courses, workshops and events as applicable.
- Assist in completing all related administrative tasks as applicable.
- Assist in preparing all required materials forms, schedules and reports as applicable.
- Assist in creating and formatting various correspondences as applicable.
- Assist in answering inquiries and convey messages.
- Assist in managing all related registration processes and maintaining attendance records.
- Assist in providing routine information to other sections within the department as requested.
- Assist in coordinating and arranging appointments and meetings as applicable.
- Provide support in all preparation processes related to courses, workshops and events.
- Maintain confidentiality of information and correspondence.
- Follow all Hospital related policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all Safety and Infection control practices.

Eligibility
- Have an educational background in one of the following fields:
- (Business, Administration, Healthcare management, information Technology, public administration, Human Resource or other related field)
- Have a communicative level in English language (intermediate level).
- Have basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to volunteer for six (6) weeks.
- Adhere to the following business hours from Sunday - Thursday:
- Working hours: 08:00 am – 04:00 pm * expect Thursdays: 08:00 am - 03:00 pm.
